Eddie Porter is the president of Peninsula Water Conditioning. Originally beginning his career as a route driver for a local competitor, he quickly advanced into a management position. During this ten year period of time he was recognized as National Service Person of the Year by Ecowater Systems, a national water treatment company. He was also recognized for excellence in commercial equipment sales and for excellence in technical service. In 2000, Eddie partnered with Mike and Tom Hall of Somerset Well Drilling, the leading well driller on the lower shore, and began Peninsula Water Conditioning. Since that time, Peninsula Water has experienced tremendous success. With a bedrock of customer service and knowledge of well water problems, Eddie has forged one of the premier water treatment dealerships on the Eastern Shore. Eddie attributes the growth of the business to its consistency in solving the problems associated with well water. "Our success is a direct result of our understanding of well systems and our knowledge of groundwater issues in this area," says Mr. Porter. "We thoroughly inspect and test each well before recommending any treatment options. This guarantees our equipment is applied correctly and our customer is satisfied immediately." The Water Quality Association has certified Eddie as a Certified Water Specialist.

Operations Manager

Garrett Bess has been involved in the water industry for eight years. After working for Somerset Well Drilling for more than six years, he moved over to Peninsula Water in July 2003. He currently manages the day to day operations of the company and is the point of contact for our customers. With an understanding of well water, water treatment and chemistry he can answer many questions that might arise about problem water. garrett@peninsulawater.com

Sales

Owen Ashley, although not new to the water treatment industry, is a fairly new addition to our team. Owen owned and operated his own successful water treatment business in Salisbury before being hired by a local competitor to sell residential treatment equipment. In the mid-90s, Owen left the industry to pursue a different career path. When the opportunity arose in early 2005, He quickly signed on with Peninsula Water to head up the company's sales branch as a Treatment Consultant and as a Marketing Advisor. Owen brings experience, energy and honesty in his treatment of problem water.

Service Technicians

Andrew Lankford has been working with Peninsula Water since day one. He has ten years of experience in the water industry ranging from plumbing and irrigation to water treatment. His knowledge of many facets of the water industry is the underlying reason for his ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions for our customers. With a drive for perfection, his work is always neat and clean the first time. Andy is a valuable asset to our company and contributes to its success.

Corey Black has two years of experience in the water industry. Having been previously employed by a local well driller, he brings a valuable understanding of well water and well pump systems. This knowledge coupled with a growing understanding of water treatment systems makes Corey an excellent installer and service technician. Dependable and reliable, Corey is a steadfast asset to our company and our customers.

Andrew Pierson has a combination of experience and technical expertise that is a result of almost twenty years in the water treatment industry. After working locally for a competitor for most of those years, Andy jumped at the opportunity to begin working for Peninsula Water. Efficient and knowledgeable, his work is marked by quality leaving our customers with the confidence that their water problems have been solved.

Roger Martinson is the newest addition to our team of service technicians. He is solely responsible for the operation of our resin regeneration plant and for the delivery of our rental exchange tanks. Roger has management experience both as a Marine and a small-business owner. His excellent customer relations skills and dedication to his work provides our customers with friendly and quality service.
