Performance Guarantee

In addition to the manufacturers warranty, Peninsula Water Conditioning offers its customers a 1 Year Performance Guarantee. This Guarantee is designed to give you piece of mind that the equipment will do everything the salesperson says it will. Below are the parameters for each piece of equipment as recommended by the Primary Drinking Water Standards and will serve as our guidelines for this guarantee.

If, in a resonable time period, we cannot make the equipment perform as specified above you will be eligible for a 100% refund of all monies paid. This guarantee is based on the water quality at the discharge of the treatment system and not necessarily at the tap. We cannot be responsible for contaminated water lines, water heaters or fixtures. Further, any failures due to sand, sediment, air leak or freeze damage do not apply to this guarantee.

Water Conditioner Conditional Guarantee

Manufacturer's Warranty

Water-Right Water Conditioner units are conditionally guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year unless specified in this warranty.

Water-Right Fiberglass Mineral Tanks are conditionally guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years to the original owner of the equipment. The warranty does not include freezing of equipment.

Water-Right Brine Tanks are conditionally guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years.

Water-Right Control Valves are conditionally guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years. If the control is found to be defective in material or workmanship by the manufacturer within 3 years of the date of purchase it will be repaired or replaced on a no charge basis at the manufacturer's discretion.

Water-Right shall not be responsible for any labor charges to the customer incurred by the dealer. Nor shall Water-Right be responsible for any freight charges to or from the customer. The above provisions of the guarantee will be valid as long as the unit is connected with identical properties and conditions of the original installation and owned by the original owner. Provisions should be made by the owner, that in the event of a leak in fitting or overflow of brine tank that the resulting flow of water will not damage any surroundings. No responsibility is assumed for loss of use of the unit, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property or any consequential damages.

This guarantee extends only to repair or replacement (at the manufacturer's discretion) of the product in accordance with the conditions stated within.
